Zesty Cucumber Salad

large English cucumbers, sliced thin 2-3
green onions, sliced 2
tbsp. Sesame seeds 1/4
cup peanuts, chopped 2
tbsp The Shoreline Vine Honey Ginger, Sicilian Lemon or Balsamico Bianco White
Balsamic Vinegar 1/2
tbsp The Shoreline Vine Toasted Sesame Oil 1
tbsp raw honey 1/4
tsp red pepper flakes Sea
salt, to taste

In a
medium sized bowl combine the cucumbers, green onions, sesame seed and peanuts.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, honey and red pepper
flakes. Just before serving, pour mixture over cucumbers and toss together.
Sprinkle Sea salt over top, to taste.
