Summer Salad with Blueberries, Feta and Pecans
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp The Shoreline Vine Blueberry Balsamic 2 tbsp The Shoreline Vine Extra Virgin, Gremolata Infused or Orange Agrumato (Blood Orange) Olive Oil 1/8 tsp Kosher salt 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper 4 cups mixed greens; Spinach and Arugula (or any greens) 1 cup fresh blueberries 1/3 cup toasted or candied pecans, chopped 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, balsamic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the greens, blueberries and pecans and toss. Crumble feta cheese over the top and serve.
