Strawberry and Avocado Spinach Salad with Bourbon Maple Balsamic

oz package baby spinach leaves 2
cups of strawberries, sliced 1
avocado, diced 1/4
cup pecans, any kind you like 4
slices of thick cut bacon strips, cooked and crumbled 1/4
cup blue cheese, crumbled (or any other cheese of your choice) 1/4
cup The Shoreline Vine Bourbon Maple Balsamic Vinegar 1/4
cup The Shoreline Vine Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt
and fresh ground pepper, to taste

In a
small bowl, whisk together the balsamic and salt and pepper. Slowly drizzle the
olive oil into the bowl until fully combined (or you can use a mason jar to
pour all in and shake well). Set aside Arrange
the spinach leaves, strawberries and avocado on a large serving platter or
bowl. Top with pecans and bacon. Crumble the blue cheese over top. Drizzle the
balsamic mix over the greens and toss right before serving.
