Spicy Shrimp with Avocado Oil

1 1/2 lbs medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tsp sugar

1/4 tsp kosher salt

1 tbsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp ground coriander

1/2 tsp dried oregano

2 tbsp The Shoreline Vine Avocado Oil

Divided lime wedges

Sprinkle the shrimp with sugar and salt. In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, coriander, and oregano. Coat the shrimp in the spice mix.

In a large nonstick skillet heat 1 tsp avocado oil over medium high heat. Add 1/2 the shrimp; sauté for approximately 4 minutes. Repeat the process until all of the shrimp is cooked. Place on a serving platter. Drizzle the remaining oil over the top and squeeze the lime wedges over the shrimp.
