Pomegranate Balsamic Cider Sangria

cups apple cider 1 1/2
cup The Shoreline Vine Pomegranate Quince White Balsamic Vinegar 1/2
cup pomegranate molasses* 2
cinnamon sticks 2
pods star anise 1
orange, thinly sliced 1 apple,
cored and thinly sliced 1/2
cup brandy (optional)

In a
large pot mix together apple cider, vinegar, molasses and heat over low to
medium-high heat until it starts to steam. Add cinnamon sticks and star anise;
remove from heat. Stir in orange and apple slices. Let cool. Transfer to a
large pitcher or storage container (covered). Refrigerate for at least a couple
hours (or up to 1 day). Before serving add brandy, if using. Pour into a glass
with ice and serve. *If
you cannot find pomegranate molasses add a little more vinegar if desired*
