Marinated Strip Steaks
2″ thick strip steaks 1/2 cup The Shoreline Vine Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 Tbsp The Shoreline Vine Traditional Dark Balsamic 2 tsp fresh thyme *2 tsp Seasonello Fine Sea Salt *2 tsp Austin Steak Rub 2 tsp fresh rosemary *available at The Shoreline Vine

Place steaks in a baking dish and drizzle with balsamic and 1/3 cup olive oil (reserving the rest to sear the steaks). Season with thyme, rosemary, sea salt and steak rub coating steaks thoroughly in the marinade. Marinate at least 2 hours in fridge, flipping the steaks halfway through. Let steaks marinate last 30 minutes at room temperature. Heat remaining olive oil in a large skillet over med-high heat. Remove steaks from marinade letting excess drip off and add to the oil. Cook 2 – 3 minutes per side for med-rare. Remove from skillet and let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving .
