Mango Blackberry Shrub

1 cup fresh blackberries chopped
1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup The Shoreline Vine

Mango Fruit Vinega

Use this shrub mixture adding it to seltzer and ice as a refreshing drink. Add some of your favorite Gin or Vodka as a summer cocktail.


Place blackberries and sugar in a sealable container and stir to combine. Seal and place in refrigerator for about 5 days. Stir every other day to ensure mixture is well blended. it should start to look juicy towards the end of maceration time. Strain into a medium bowl, pushing as much of that juice through the filter as possible. Discard the dregs left in the sieve. Add vinegar to mixture and whisk to combine. You can refrigerate this for up to six months.
