Kate’s Oatmeal Cookie’s
1/4 1 1/4 1/2 1/4 3 1/4 6 oz. 1/2 2 2 1 cup
cup The Shoreline Vine Butter Infused Olive Oil
tsp baking soda
cup almond flour
cups rolled oats
cup brown sugar
cup chopped nuts (optional)
tbsp The Shoreline Vine Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
peanut or almond butter
Preheat In a Place
your oven to 350 degrees.
large bowl, combine almond flour, sugar, brown sugar, butter oil and mix well.
Add eggs, espresso balsamic, and baking soda and stir. Add the nut butter of
your choice and mix until all is evenly combined. Stir in oats, chocolate
chips, and nuts (if using).
each heaping teaspoon of dough about 2 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie
sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly brown around the edges.
