Grilled Chicken with Balsamic Herb Marinade

1/4 cup The Shoreline Vine Traditional or Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 cup lemon juice (approximately 1 large lemon, juiced)

1/2 cup The Shoreline Vine Extra Virgin, Tuscan Herb or Herbes De Provence Infused Olive Oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 tsp Sea Salt

1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves, cut in half lengthwise

Olive oil to brush on grill or grill pan

In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, all the herbs, salt and pepper until fully combined. Add the chicken into the bowl until fully coated in the marinated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 6 hours.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grease the cooking grates with the oil. Remove chicken from the marinade. Grill the chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the grill and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
