Espresso Chipotle Marinade
1/4 cup The Shoreline Vine Chipotle Infused Olive Oil 1/4 cup The Shoreline Vine Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice 2 tbsp red onion, minced 1 tbsp garlic, minced 1 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder 2 tsp sea salt 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Combine all of the ingredients together and mix well. Place them in a plastic bag or container with up to 2 lbs of your favorite meat, poultry or vegetables. Marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours, or up to overnight for meat. *This marinade will keep in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge.*
