Easy Roasted Carrots

2 lbs carrots, roughly the same size
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp The Shoreline Vine avocado oil or extra virgin olive
oil
2 Tbsp The Shoreline Vine Cinnamon Pear Dark Balsamic
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp sea salt (we like our Seasonello Sea Salt)
1 Tbsp fresh thyme or other herbs of your choice to
garnish.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees; line a large baking sheet with
parchment paper.
In a small bowl whisk together the seasonings: chili
powder, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and sea salt. Set
aside.
Add carrots to a medium sized bowl, sprinkle with all of
the seasonings and drizzle with oil and balsamic. Toss carrots until they
are completely coated with the mix. Spread in a single
layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes; tossing
halfway though. Remove from the oven when they are fork
tender. Transfer to a serving dish and top with your
desired herbs and salt and pepper to taste.
