Easy French Fries with Mustard Vinaigrette
28 ounce bag crinkle cut fries; or any kind of your choice 4 tbsp The Shoreline Vine Extra Virgin, Garlic or Rosemary Infused Olive Oil; or any variation, divided 1/4 tsp kosher salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp dried dill 1/4 cup red onion, sliced thinly 2 tbsp The Shoreline Vine Balsamico Bianco or Garlic Infused White Balsamic Vinegar 1 tbsp whole-grain mustard Fresh chopped parsley and dill to garnish

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Mix together 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper and dried dill in a large bowl. Add in the fries and toss to coat. Spread out on a non-stick baking sheet and bake about 30 minutes or until crisp. Meanwhile in a separate bowl, mix the onion, vinegar, and mustard together and let stand for 15 minutes. Whisk in the remaining 3 tbsp olive oil. Remove the fries from the oven. Before serving, drizzle the vinaigrette over the top of the fries and garnish with fresh parsley and dill.
