Blackberry Ginger Stir Fry Sauce

cup The Shoreline Vine Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic Vinegar 1
shallot, minced 2
tbsp cornstarch 2
tbsp brown sugar 2
tbsp lime juice 2
tbsp grainy Dijon mustard 1
tbsp Sriracha sauce 1
tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
ground ginger 2 tsp
dried parsley 1 tsp
dried thyme 1 tsp
sesame seeds (optional) *Try substituting Black Cherry Balsamic or Honey Ginger Balsamic for a variation.*

Whisk
all the ingredients together in a small bowl OR place them in a mason jar and
shake well. Drizzle 1 tbsp over every 1 cup of vegetables. Toss to coat evenly.
The sauce will thicken upon cooking.
