Balsamic No-Mayo Coleslaw
1/2 head green cabbage shredded 1/2 head red cabbage shredded 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1/4 The Shoreline Vine Avocado Oil 1 tsp garlic salt * or your favorite flavor of white balsamic.
1 cup carrot matchsticks
1 red onion sliced
1/4 cup The Shoreline Vine *Balsamico Blanco
1 tsp minced onion

Combine both cabbages, carrot, red onion and fresh parsley in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, mix avocado oil, balsamic, garlic salt, minced onion and lemon juice. Whisk to combine. Pour dressing over veggies and stir to coat thoroughly. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serves 6
