Arugula Pistachio Salad

6 cups baby arugula greens
2 Tbsp The Shoreline Vine Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
4 Tbsp The Shoreline Vine Lemon Infused oil

1/4 cup roasted shelled pistachios 1/4 cup frozen green peas, optional

1/3 cup shaved parmasan Fresh ground pepper

In a large salad serving bowl, add arugula, pistachios, green peas and Parmesan. In a separate container add vinegar and while
whisking add the olive oil until combined. Drizzle over the
lettuce and toss with tongs. Grind fresh pepper over

salad to taste. Adjust recipe to taste.
