Smoked Salmon Toasts
Slice a Loaf of seven-grain bread, ¼ inch thick; cut each slice into thirds. Brush each of the slices with The Shoreline Vine Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Toast each slice on the grill or grill pan and transfer to cutting board. Drizzle with additional olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Top each piece with a slice of tomato and spread with honey mustard. Top with a slice of smoked salmon, sprinkle with pepper and add fresh dill.
