12 ounces of pizza dough (enough to fit into 12 muffin cups) Chopped rosemary or any other herbs of your choice Sea salt Pepper The Shoreline Vine Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pesto (4-5 tablespoons)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Press 1 ounce pizza dough into each of the 12 cups. Let sit for 1 hour. Brush with The Shoreline Vine Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, chopped rosemary & pesto. Bake until puffed and golden brown, approximately 10-12 mins. Top with a sliced cherry tomato.
**Substitute Extra Virgin Olive Oil with any of our other Infused Oils: Garlic, Rosemary, Tuscan Herb, or Herb De Provence for added flavor.
