Asian Cucumber Salad
4 cups of very thin sliced seedless cucumbers (mini's work the best) 1/4 cup finely sliced red onion 1/4 cup of diced red pepper 1/4 cup of The Shoreline Vine Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon of honey 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds (optional) 1/2 teaspoon of The Shoreline Vine's Toasted Sesame Oil 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
Add cucumbers, red onion, red pepper, and sesame seeds (if using) to a medium size bowl. Set aside.
In a small bowl mix together: Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar, honey, Toasted Sesame Oil, red pepper flakes and sea salt.
Pour over cucumbers and serve immediately OR cover and let sit in refrigerator for a couple of hours to let all the flavors blend.
