Balsamic Pork (Slow Cooker)
2 lbs boneless Pork Shoulder or Picnic Roast Kosher salt to taste 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (or fresh ground pepper) 1/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth 1/3 cup The Shoreline Vine Traditional Balsamic Vinegar or The Shoreline Vine Maple Balsamic Vinegar 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp honey
*IF pork is a larger cut double the ingredients*
Season pork with salt & pepper flakes. Place in slow cooker. Liberally cover with chopped garlic. Mix together broth, balsamic, worcestershire sauce & pour over pork. Drizzle honey over the top & cover.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for approximately 4 hours.
Take out and shred or cut up and place back into the slow cooker with the rest of the juices.
